Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Bangkok Airport Ride. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.
- Booking
All bookings are subject to availability. Please provide accurate passenger, flight, pickup, and destination details.
- Airport Pick-up
We monitor flight arrivals and provide complimentary waiting time.
International Flights: 60 minutes
Domestic Flights: 60 minutes
Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
- Flight Delays
If your flight is delayed, your pickup time will be adjusted automatically at no extra cost.
- Cancellation
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may not be refundable.
- Payment
All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). Secure payment options are available during booking.
- Luggage
Please select a vehicle suitable for your passengers and luggage. Extra luggage may require a larger vehicle.
- Child Seats
Child seats are available upon request and subject to availability.
- Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers should arrive on time, wear seat belts, and respect the vehicle. Smoking is not permitted inside any vehicle.
- Service Changes
Bangkok Airport Ride may provide an equivalent or higher-class vehicle when necessary.
- Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Privacy
Personal information is used only to process bookings and provide our services.
