Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Bangkok Airport Ride. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before confirming your booking.
Free Cancellation
Cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
No cancellation fee will be charged.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
This helps us compensate the assigned driver and vehicle.
No Show
A booking will be considered a No Show if:
The passenger does not arrive at the agreed meeting point.
The passenger cannot be contacted.
The passenger leaves the airport without informing us.
No refunds will be provided for No Show bookings.
Flight Delays
We monitor all arriving flights.
If your flight is delayed:
Your pickup time will be adjusted automatically.
No additional waiting fee applies for flight delays.
Booking Changes
Changes are accepted subject to availability.

Drop-off location
Passenger information
Please contact us as early as possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing time typically takes:
Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
Bank Transfer (if applicable): 3–7 business days
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Force Majeure
Bangkok Airport Ride is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:
Extreme weather
Government restrictions
Natural disasters
Airport closures
Road closures
Civil disturbances
We will make every reasonable effort to provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.
